Position Summary
Texas Health Resources is seeking a Physical Security Systems Project Manager to support security technology initiatives within its Security Systems and Technology environment.
This role will be responsible for coordinating and managing projects involving enterprise physical security systems, with particular emphasis on Lenel access control and ExacqVision video surveillance technologies.
The ideal candidate combines project management experience with working knowledge of physical security technology environments and is comfortable coordinating stakeholders, vendors, schedules, implementation activities, and project documentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage physical security technology projects from planning through implementation and completion.
- Coordinate projects involving access control, video surveillance, and related security systems.
- Work with internal stakeholders, technical teams, vendors, and security personnel to maintain project timelines and deliverables.
- Track project status, schedules, risks, issues, and action items.
- Coordinate implementation activities involving Lenel and ExacqVision environments.
- Maintain project documentation, reporting, meeting notes, schedules, and status updates.
- Help ensure project activities are completed according to established requirements and timelines.
- Communicate project progress and escalate issues or dependencies as appropriate.
- Project management experience supporting physical security, security technology, or related IT/security systems projects.
- Experience working with Lenel access control systems.
- Experience working with ExacqVision video surveillance systems.
- Strong organizational, coordination, and stakeholder communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to work onsite in Fort Worth Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM.
