Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced AI Solution Architect to design enterprise technology solutions at the intersection of Telecom OSS/BSS and Generative AI.
This position will assess current architectures, partner with delivery teams to define optimal future-state solutions, and establish end-to-end architectures across telecom functions including pre-sales, product cataloging, fulfillment, order processing, and billing.
A major focus will be incorporating Generative AI and Agentic AI capabilities into telecom workflows, including intelligent agent orchestration, autonomous decision-making, and cognitive automation within complex OSS/BSS ecosystems.
The ideal candidate combines deep enterprise solution architecture experience with a strong understanding of the telecommunications domain and modern AI technologies.
Key Responsibilities

Assess existing system architectures and recommend solution designs aligned with business and technical requirements.

Develop comprehensive end-to-end solution architectures across Telecom OSS/BSS environments.

Define solutions supporting pre-sales, product cataloging, fulfillment, order processing, billing, and related telecom workflows.

Design and integrate Generative AI capabilities into enterprise telecom processes.

Incorporate Agentic AI architectures and frameworks to support autonomous decision-making and intelligent workflow automation.

Define approaches for intelligent agent orchestration within OSS/BSS ecosystem boundaries.

Collaborate closely with architecture, engineering, delivery, and business teams.

Serve as an architecture bridge between geographically distributed teams and stakeholders.

Influence technical and business stakeholders to drive alignment around proposed solutions.

Develop highly technical architecture documentation and visual blueprints.

Document end-to-end system architectures, dependencies, integrations, and solution designs.

Ensure proposed solutions adhere to established enterprise architecture standards and governance.
Required Qualifications

10+ years of total professional experience.
-
Approximately 9–10 years of relevant technology/architecture experience.

Strong experience designing and architecting complex enterprise technology solutions.

Strong knowledge of the Telecommunications domain and OSS/BSS ecosystems.

Experience architecting solutions across areas such as:

Product Cataloging

Fulfillment

Order Processing

Billing

Pre-sales

Solid conceptual understanding of Generative AI.

Strong understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs).

Knowledge of Vector Databases.

Familiarity with Agentic AI architectures, including concepts such as:

Reasoning loops

Ability to translate business requirements into comprehensive technical solution architectures.

Experience producing detailed technical documentation and visual architecture blueprints.

Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is an experienced Solution Architect with a strong foundation in Telecom OSS/BSS architecture who has expanded into modern AI technologies.
This person should understand how GenAI, LLMs, vector databases, and Agentic AI architectures can be incorporated into existing enterprise systems—not simply as standalone AI capabilities, but as part of practical end-to-end telecom workflows.
Success in this position requires the ability to combine enterprise architecture, telecom domain expertise, AI concepts, technical documentation, and stakeholder influence to define solutions that can be effectively implemented by delivery teams.
