Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior Technical Project Manager to lead complex, cross-functional technology initiatives involving enterprise system implementation, maintenance, and integration.
This position will own project planning and execution while coordinating technical teams, business stakeholders, and executive leadership. The Project Manager will be responsible for schedules, budgets, risks, issues, quality, governance, resource coordination, and overall delivery while ensuring projects achieve their intended business outcomes.
The ideal candidate brings significant experience managing large-scale initiatives within engineering or information technology environments, along with strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum, DevSecOps, executive governance, and enterprise technology delivery.
Key Responsibilities

Develop, plan, schedule, communicate, and maintain complex technology projects.

Lead high-complexity, cross-functional system implementation, maintenance, and integration initiatives.

Organize project activities and coordinate personnel and resources across delivery teams.

Establish project plans, milestones, schedules, dependencies, and delivery expectations.

Monitor progress to ensure objectives are delivered on time and within budget.

Track and manage project quality, risks, issues, dependencies, and changes.

Ensure projects achieve defined business results and expected value.

Evaluate the impact of project changes on the business case and reforecast value creation as necessary.

Establish effective governance structures and executive-level sponsorship.

Provide clear project status, financial, schedule, risk, and performance reporting.

Resolve issues escalated by project and management teams.

Escalate unresolved issues through established governance channels.

Support the continued development and improvement of enterprise project management standards and processes.

Collaborate effectively across engineering, IT, business, and executive stakeholder groups.
Required Qualifications

7+ years of project management experience.

5+ years of experience managing large-scale initiatives within an engineering or technology environment.

Experience managing complex, cross-functional system implementations, integrations, or technology initiatives.

Experience and training with Scrum Master and DevSecOps methodologies.

Strong knowledge of engineering, information technology, or a comparable technical business discipline.

Advanced proficiency with project management tools such as Microsoft Project.

Experience with financial and schedule performance reporting.

Demonstrated experience managing project risks, issues, changes, budgets, schedules, and governance.

Strong experience working with cross-functional teams and executive-level stakeholders.

Strong analytical, organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.

Process-driven, metric-focused, results-oriented, organized, and self-directed approach.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and solve complex problems effectively.

Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
Preferred Qualifications

PMP certification strongly preferred.

Experience working within ServiceNow environments or initiatives.

Experience establishing or improving project management standards, processes, and governance.

Strong background working within Agile, Scrum, and DevSecOps delivery environments.

Experience managing business cases, value realization, and executive-level project reporting.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a seasoned Technical Project Manager who can take ownership of large-scale enterprise technology initiatives from planning through delivery. This person should be equally comfortable working with engineering and technical teams, managing detailed schedules and project controls, and communicating project health, risks, financials, and business outcomes to senior leadership.
Success in this position requires a combination of structured project management, technical credibility, executive communication, and cross-functional leadership.
