Scrum Master – Digital Product & Agile Delivery
Location: Dallas/Fort Worth, TX – Remote (Local Candidates Required)
Schedule: Part-Time | 20 Hours per Week, Monday–Friday
Work Arrangement: Remote
Education: Bachelor’s Degree Required
Contract: Potential to Extend into 2027
Overview
We are seeking a hands-on Scrum Master / Agile Coach to support a Digital Marketing product organization. This is not a traditional Scrum Master role focused solely on facilitating ceremonies. We need someone who can roll up their sleeves and work directly with Product leadership to build the tools, processes, documentation, and Agile practices needed to help a growing product organization scale.

The ideal candidate combines strong Scrum and Agile coaching expertise with practical experience in Azure DevOps (ADO), roadmap development, dashboards, documentation, and product delivery.
What You’ll Do
  • Partner closely with the Product Manager to manage priorities, dependencies, risks, milestones, and delivery timelines.
  • Coach teams and individuals on Agile/Scrum principles and help mature Agile practices.
  • Identify and remove delivery impediments while escalating risks when appropriate.
  • Maintain visibility into team capacity, work-in-progress, roadmap commitments, and delivery progress.
  • Partner with Product leadership to develop and deliver an Agile/Scrum training program.
  • Own and improve Azure DevOps (ADO) configuration, including workflows, boards, reporting, and overall implementation.
  • Work hands-on with the Product Manager to develop product roadmaps and dashboards.
  • Create templates and establish structure for the team's wiki and knowledge base.
  • Build processes for centralized product documentation.
  • Promote collaboration, transparency, accountability, and continuous improvement across digital initiatives.
What We’re Looking For
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Strong hands-on experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach, or Agile Delivery Lead.
  • Demonstrated experience partnering directly with Product Managers/Product Owners.
  • Strong experience with Azure DevOps (ADO), including boards, workflows, dashboards, and reporting.
  • Experience developing roadmaps and improving product delivery processes.
  • Ability to build Agile processes and structure—not simply facilitate existing ones.
  • Experience coaching teams and improving Agile maturity.
  • Strong documentation and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder-management abilities.
  • Self-directed and comfortable working in an evolving product environment.
Certifications
One or more of the following, or a similar Agile/Scrum certification, is required:
  • SAFe Scrum Master (SSM)
  • SAFe Practice Consultant (SPC)
  • ICP-ACC
  • Certified Team Coach (CTC)
  • Certified ScrumMaster (CSM)
The Ideal Candidate
We're particularly interested in someone who can coach and build. You should be equally comfortable facilitating an Agile conversation, configuring an ADO board, developing a dashboard, organizing a product knowledge base, or sitting alongside a Product Manager to work through priorities and dependencies.

This is a great opportunity for an Agile professional who enjoys creating structure, improving how teams work, and seeing the direct impact of their efforts.

  • Daily distribution of hours can be flexible based on business and team needs.
