CornerStone Staffing is seeking an accomplished IAM and Cybersecurity Program Manager to lead complex, enterprise-scale security transformation initiatives. This opportunity is ideal for a senior technology leader who can translate cybersecurity strategy into structured programs, align technical and business stakeholders, and drive measurable improvements across identity, infrastructure, cloud, data protection, and security operations.

The successful candidate will bring a strong combination of cybersecurity domain knowledge, executive communication skills, program governance expertise, and hands-on experience managing interconnected initiatives across large enterprise environments.

This is a hybrid contract opportunity supporting regular U.S. business hours.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead complex IT and cybersecurity programs spanning identity security, infrastructure, applications, cloud platforms, data protection, security operations, analytics, artificial intelligence, and enterprise technology.

• Manage enterprise security initiatives involving Identity and Access Management, Privileged Access Management, Identity Governance and Administration, Multi-Factor Authentication, Zero Trust Network Access, and Zero Trust Architecture.

• Direct cross-functional programs involving firewall modernization, network segmentation, secure remote access, SASE, cloud security, vulnerability management, threat detection, data loss prevention, and infrastructure security enhancements.

• Establish program roadmaps, governance structures, milestones, dependencies, resource plans, risk registers, escalation paths, and executive reporting processes.

• Coordinate security, infrastructure, application, cloud, architecture, compliance, operations, engineering, and business teams across multiple workstreams.

• Translate technical cybersecurity requirements into clearly defined program objectives, deliverables, timelines, and measurable business outcomes.

• Identify program risks, control gaps, delivery constraints, and interdependencies, developing mitigation strategies before they affect project outcomes.

• Facilitate steering committee meetings, executive updates, technical working sessions, risk reviews, and program status discussions.

• Partner with security architects, engineers, technology leaders, compliance teams, and business stakeholders to ensure solutions align with organizational standards and security objectives.

• Support cybersecurity compliance and control-alignment initiatives based on recognized industry frameworks.

• Drive vendor coordination, implementation planning, testing, deployment readiness, organizational change, and operational transition activities.
Required Qualifications
• 10–15 years of progressive technology, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or enterprise program management experience.

• Demonstrated success leading large, complex cybersecurity programs within enterprise environments.

• Strong experience managing initiatives involving several of the following:

• Identity and Access Management
• Identity Governance and Administration

• Network security and segmentation

• Working knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks and standards, including:

• NIST Cybersecurity Framework
• NIST SP 800-53
• CIS Critical Security Controls
• ISO/IEC 27001
• SOC 2
• Zero Trust Architecture principles

• Strong understanding of cybersecurity architecture, controls, risks, dependencies, and implementation challenges.

• Experience managing multiple technical workstreams, project managers, vendors, engineering teams, and business stakeholders.

• Ability to communicate complex security concepts to technical teams, business leaders, and executive audiences.

• Strong program governance, risk management, financial tracking, dependency management, and executive reporting capabilities.

• Excellent verbal communication, presentation, facilitation, documentation, and stakeholder-management skills.

• Ability to operate effectively in a hybrid, matrixed, and fast-paced enterprise environment.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience delivering identity modernization or enterprise Zero Trust transformation programs.

• Experience with cloud security programs across AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.

• Familiarity with IAM, PAM, IGA, SIEM, EDR/XDR, SASE, firewall, and vulnerability-management platforms.

• Experience supporting organizations in communications, media, technology, telecommunications, or similarly complex enterprise industries.

• Project or security certifications such as PMP, PgMP, CISSP, CISM, CRISC, CCSP, or equivalent credentials.

• Experience supporting audit readiness, security assessments, compliance remediation, and control implementation programs.
Ideal Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate is more than a traditional project manager. This person understands how cybersecurity capabilities interact across identity, networks, endpoints, cloud platforms, applications, data, compliance, and security operations.

They can challenge assumptions, anticipate risks, establish accountability, and keep highly technical teams aligned with executive priorities. They are comfortable leading enterprise transformation programs with multiple stakeholders, competing priorities, complex dependencies, and high visibility.

Candidates should be prepared to discuss specific cybersecurity programs they have led, including program scope, security domains, technologies, team structure, challenges, risk-management approach, and measurable outcomes.
