Lead Oracle EBS Finance Systems Analyst
Type: Contract (Potential for Conversion)
Location: Addison, TX
Work Setting: Hybrid (Monday–Wednesday onsite, Thursday–Friday remote; 4 days onsite during training)
We are seeking an experienced Lead Oracle EBS Finance Systems Analyst to support, maintain, and enhance Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) R12 Finance applications. This position partners closely with Finance, Accounting, and IT teams to ensure system reliability, optimize business processes, and deliver technology solutions that support financial operations.
The ideal candidate has strong functional expertise in Oracle EBS Finance modules, excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills, and experience driving system improvements in a collaborative enterprise environment.

Key Responsibilities

Support and maintain Oracle EBS Finance modules, including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Fixed Assets (FA), and Cash Management (CM).

Configure, troubleshoot, test, and resolve Oracle EBS application issues.

Serve as the primary liaison between Finance, Accounting, and IT teams.

Gather business requirements and translate them into system enhancements and process improvements.

Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT), production support, and month-end support activities.

Analyze and improve financial business processes, controls, and standard operating procedures.

Support finance systems governance, reporting, automation, and strategic initiatives.

Develop system documentation, training materials, and provide end-user support.

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.

5+ years of experience supporting Oracle EBS Finance applications.

Hands-on experience with Oracle EBS Finance modules, including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Fixed Assets (FA), and Cash Management (CM).

Strong understanding of Oracle EBS architecture, data flows, and application functionality.

Experience troubleshooting complex Oracle EBS issues.

Strong Microsoft Excel skills; SQL experience is preferred.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, cross-functional environment.

Experience with Hyperion.

Experience documenting and improving business processes (BPMN experience is a plus).

Experience supporting finance systems strategy, governance, and process optimization initiatives.

Hybrid schedule: Monday–Wednesday onsite; Thursday–Friday remote.
