Oracle Fusion Order Management Consultant

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Order Management Consultant to support a large enterprise Order Management environment. This position will focus on Oracle Fusion Order Management configuration, production support, system enhancements, integrations, and optimization of end-to-end order fulfillment processes.
The ideal candidate combines deep Oracle Fusion OM expertise with strong analytical and troubleshooting skills and enjoys partnering with business and IT stakeholders to deliver scalable Order Management solutions.
Key Responsibilities

Configure, administer, and support Oracle Fusion Order Management (OM).

Support end-to-end order-to-ship business processes.

Troubleshoot functional and technical issues within Oracle Fusion OM.

Configure pricing, order processing, and OM setup activities.

Support EDI and Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) integrations.

Support shipping processes and integrations with external systems.

Develop and analyze OTBI reports to support business operations.

Collaborate with business users, technical teams, and integration partners to resolve issues and implement enhancements.
Required Qualifications

10+ years of overall IT experience.

Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Order Management (OM).

Expertise in Order Processing, Pricing, and OM configurations.

Experience supporting EDI integrations and Oracle Transportation Management (OTM).

Experience supporting shipping processes and integrations with non-Oracle applications.

Experience with OTBI reporting and data analysis.

Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Preferred Qualifications

Experience supporting Oracle Order Management integrations.

Experience within consumer goods, retail, apparel, CPG, or manufacturing environments.

Experience with middleware and enterprise integration technologies.

Production support and incident management experience.

Experience working within onsite/offshore delivery models.
