Key Responsibilities Workforce & Talent Analytics
- Partner with HR and business leaders to identify workforce priorities and develop data-driven solutions.
- Perform descriptive, statistical, predictive, and trend analyses to support workforce planning and talent strategies.
- Analyze large workforce datasets to identify trends, root causes, and opportunities for improvement.
- Develop workforce KPIs and dashboards that provide meaningful insights into the employee lifecycle.
- Combine quantitative and qualitative analysis to support strategic talent initiatives.
- Design and maintain interactive dashboards using Power BI and other visualization tools.
- Extract, transform, and analyze data from multiple enterprise sources.
- Translate complex analytical findings into clear, compelling business stories for senior leadership.
- Develop self-service reporting solutions that empower HR and business users.
- Ensure data quality through validation, cleansing, and governance practices.
- Collaborate with Data Science, Data Architecture, and HR Analytics teams to support enterprise initiatives.
- Recommend improvements to data standards and governance processes.
- Identify opportunities to enhance workforce analytics capabilities through new data sources and advanced analytics.
- Serve as a trusted consultant to HR functional leaders.
- Present findings and strategic recommendations to executive leadership.
- Support enterprise workforce planning and talent management initiatives.
- Manage multiple analytics projects simultaneously while meeting business priorities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Science, Analytics, Statistics, Human Resources, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in workforce analytics, talent analytics, HR analytics, or a related analytics role.
- Advanced experience with:
- Power BI
- Alteryx
- SQL
- Experience with statistical programming tools such as:
- Python
- R
- or similar analytical tools.
- Experience analyzing large enterprise datasets outside of Excel.
- Strong data visualization and dashboard development experience.
- Proven ability to translate analytical results into executive-level presentations and business recommendations.
- Strong project management, analytical, and consulting skills.
- Experience working with confidential data while maintaining the highest level of professionalism.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in Human Resources, Workforce Analytics, or Talent Analytics.
- Experience with Tableau.
- Experience developing predictive workforce models.
- Knowledge of HR metrics and workforce planning methodologies.
- Experience partnering with senior business and HR leaders in large enterprise environments.
Additional Requirements
- Hybrid schedule with a minimum of two onsite days per week (Tuesday and Wednesday) in Plano, TX.
- Local candidates are strongly preferred.
- Bachelor's degree is required.
