This is a highly collaborative, customer-facing role that combines solution architecture, conversational AI, enterprise integrations, and technical consulting.

We're seeking an experienced AI Engagement Architect to help design and deliver innovative Voice AI solutions for enterprise healthcare organizations. This is a highly collaborative, customer-facing role that combines solution architecture, conversational AI, enterprise integrations, and technical consulting.
You'll play a key role in designing AI-powered solutions that improve patient engagement, care coordination, scheduling, referrals, and overall operational efficiency.
What You'll Do
- Design Voice AI solutions that improve patient engagement and operational efficiency.
- Create conversational workflows, call flows, routing strategies, and escalation logic.
- Architect integrations with healthcare systems, contact center platforms, CRMs, and enterprise applications.
- Lead customer discovery sessions, technical workshops, and architecture reviews.
- Support implementations from pilot through production deployment.
- Analyze Voice AI performance and recommend improvements to automation, routing, and customer experience.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Delivery, and Customer Success teams to deliver scalable, enterprise-grade solutions.
- 5+ years of experience in Solution Architecture, Voice AI, Contact Center technologies, Conversational AI, or Customer Experience platforms.
- Experience designing enterprise software solutions and system integrations.
- Strong understanding of Voice AI technologies, including Speech-to-Text (STT), Text-to-Speech (TTS), Large Language Models (LLMs), and workflow orchestration.
- Experience working with APIs, webhooks, cloud platforms, and event-driven architectures.
- Strong customer-facing communication, presentation, and consulting skills.
- Ability to lead technical discussions with enterprise customers and translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.
- Experience within the healthcare technology industry.
- Knowledge of HIPAA, PHI, and healthcare workflows.
- Experience integrating with Electronic Health Record (EHR) platforms such as Epic, Oracle Health (Cerner), Athenahealth, eClinicalWorks, NextGen, or MEDITECH.
- Experience with contact center technologies including NICE, Genesys, Five9, Twilio, RingCentral, Cisco, Zoom, or similar platforms.
- Familiarity with healthcare interoperability standards including FHIR and HL7.
- Experience deploying enterprise Voice AI or Conversational AI solutions into production environments.
- Passion for emerging AI technologies and customer experience.
- Strong solution architecture and systems integration skills.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
- Ability to balance technical depth with business outcomes.
- Comfortable leading customer workshops, discovery sessions, and implementation efforts.
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work cross-functionally across Product, Engineering, Delivery, and Customer Success teams.
