Specialty Programs Analyst (Hybrid | Irving, TX)

Location: Irving, TX (Hybrid - 2 days onsite weekly)
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM (Occasional coverage until 7:30 PM CST approximately twice per month)
What You'll Do
You'll become part of a highly collaborative operations team responsible for supporting critical healthcare supply chain programs that ensure products reach patients efficiently while improving inventory utilization and operational excellence.
In this role, you'll:
- Execute and support specialty program operations including inventory replenishment, allocation, and substitution workflows
- Maintain business rules and operational configurations within enterprise systems
- Monitor operational processes from intake through completion while ensuring accuracy and timely execution
- Analyze operational data and identify opportunities for improved efficiency
- Partner across multiple business groups including Supply Chain, Portfolio Management, Pricing, Clinical, Customer Operations, Sales, Distribution, and Master Data teams
- Develop reporting and dashboards using modern analytics tools
- Track operational KPIs and identify trends that improve business performance
- Support customer issue resolution and operational escalations
- Participate in continuous process improvement initiatives
- Leverage AI-enabled tools as part of your daily workflow to improve productivity, documentation quality, business analysis, and operational decision making
What We're Looking For

Required Experience
- 2+ years supporting healthcare operations, pharmaceutical operations, supply chain, business operations, analytics, program management, or similar environments
- Experience working with ERP or enterprise business systems
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Experience managing multiple priorities while maintaining exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to work independently while collaborating across cross-functional teams
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
Experience in one or more of the following areas:
- Specialty pharmacy
- Pharmaceutical distribution
- Healthcare supply chain
- Inventory management
- Product allocation
- Replenishment planning
- Distribution operations
- Order management
- Operations analytics
Technical Skills
Experience with one or more of the following technologies is highly desirable:
- SAP
- Salesforce
- Power BI
- Microsoft Excel (advanced functions preferred)
- Microsoft Teams
- Microsoft Outlook
- Microsoft PowerPoint
- Microsoft Copilot or other AI productivity tools
- Business reporting and dashboard development
- Data analysis and workflow automation
