Key Responsibilities Business Analysis & Process Improvement
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes
- Partner with business stakeholders to identify process improvements and system enhancements
- Translate business needs into functional SAP solutions and configuration requirements
- Recommend best practices for procurement and purchasing operations
- Support SAP S/4HANA implementation and enhancement initiatives
- Configure and support Procure-to-Pay processes within SAP
- Assist with system integration, testing, deployment, and post-production support
- Collaborate with technical teams to resolve functional issues and optimize system performance
- Develop functional specifications, process documentation, and user guides
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), system integration testing, and defect resolution
- Document business processes, workflows, and configuration changes
- Work closely with business users, project managers, developers, and functional consultants
- Facilitate workshops and requirements gathering sessions
- Communicate project status, risks, and recommendations to stakeholders
- Provide end-user support and knowledge transfer as needed
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of SAP functional experience
- Extensive experience with SAP Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes
- Hands-on experience participating in SAP implementation projects
- Strong understanding of procurement, purchasing, invoicing, and accounts payable processes
- Excellent business analysis and requirements gathering skills
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work effectively with business and technical teams
Preferred Qualifications
- SAP S/4HANA implementation experience
- Experience within the Life Sciences or Healthcare industry
- Experience supporting enterprise transformation initiatives
- Strong documentation, testing, and process improvement experience
Work Environment
- Hybrid schedule in Richardson, TX, or remote for candidates located near an Infosys office
