Work Hours: 8:00 AM EST – 6:00 PM EST
Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Loftware Architect to lead the design, implementation, and support of enterprise labeling solutions. This position requires deep expertise with the Loftware product suite, including Prisym 360, Loftware Connect, and Loftware cloud-based solutions.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in labeling technologies, enterprise integrations, and solution architecture, with the ability to collaborate across business and technical teams to deliver scalable labeling solutions.
Key Responsibilities

Design, architect, and implement enterprise labeling solutions using Loftware products.

Provide expertise in Prisym 360, Loftware Connect, and cloud-based Loftware platforms.

Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to gather requirements and develop scalable solutions.

Support system integrations, configuration, and deployment activities.

Troubleshoot and resolve complex labeling and printing issues.

Develop and maintain architecture documentation, technical specifications, and best practices.

Ensure solution performance, reliability, and compliance with business requirements.

Provide guidance and support during testing, deployment, and post-implementation activities.
Required Qualifications

5+ years of experience working with Loftware products and enterprise labeling solutions.

Strong hands-on experience with:

Prisym 360
-
Loftware Connect
-
Loftware Cloud solutions

Experience designing and implementing enterprise labeling architectures.

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Preferred Qualifications

Experience with label design, label printing, and print management solutions.

Experience supporting manufacturing, life sciences, or regulated environments.

Knowledge of enterprise application integrations and related technologies.

Experience working in large-scale enterprise environments.
