About the Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager, Strategic Sourcing to support the launch of a new, independent business unit through strategic supplier and contract separation initiatives. This is a highly visible position that combines hands-on sourcing execution with strategic problem-solving in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience in technology sourcing, vendor negotiations, and stakeholder management, with the ability to drive progress across multiple sourcing projects and priorities. Experience supporting divestitures, contract separations, or similar transformational initiatives is highly preferred.
What You'll Do

Lead and support the separation of enterprise supplier agreements across multiple indirect spend categories

Develop and execute sourcing strategies for technology, services, and operational spend

Analyze complex supplier contracts and recommend actions that balance business continuity with long-term value

Partner with Legal, Finance, IT, and business stakeholders to align priorities and drive execution

Negotiate supplier agreements and support transition planning activities

Resolve sourcing challenges, remove roadblocks, and maintain momentum across active workstreams

Provide leadership with clear, data-driven insights related to risks, opportunities, and sourcing progress

Identify opportunities to reduce costs, simplify supplier relationships, and improve procurement processes

Support the development of a scalable indirect procurement model for a standalone business environment
Required Qualifications
-
7+ years of experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, vendor management, or related functions

Strong experience sourcing technology solutions, including:
-
SaaS
-
Cloud services
-
Telecommunications
-
Infrastructure services
-

Proven ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships across multiple business functions

Strong negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills
-
Experience working in fast-paced environments with evolving priorities

Ability to communicate recommendations and insights to leadership in a clear, decision-ready format

Bachelor's degree required
Preferred Qualifications

Experience supporting mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, or contract separation initiatives

Experience with procurement platforms such as:

SAP Ariba

Coupa

ServiceNow

Background managing supplier transitions and procurement transformation projects
What Success Looks Like
Within the first 90–120 days, you will:

Take ownership of high-priority sourcing initiatives

Execute supplier separations and sourcing events across multiple categories

Stabilize sourcing efforts in complex or resource-constrained areas

Deliver measurable results across multiple projects simultaneously
