CornerStone TTS Opportunity: Support Technician – Level 1

CornerStone TTS is seeking a Support Technician – Level 1 to support an enterprise Mobility team responsible for mobile device operations, service coordination, inventory management, and process documentation.
This position is ideal for a highly organized support professional who enjoys working at the intersection of technology operations, process improvement, and customer support. The selected candidate will play a key role in supporting day-to-day mobility operations while helping maintain accurate records, standardized procedures, and operational visibility across the mobility environment.
What You'll Do
The Support Technician provides operational and administrative support to an IT Mobility Team by coordinating mobile device requests, tracking service activities, maintaining mobility records, and supporting day-to-day mobility operations.
This role helps ensure consistency and visibility across mobility processes by:
- Coordinating mobile device requests and service activities.
- Tracking operational tasks and maintaining accurate mobility records.
- Supporting inventory management and data tracking activities.
- Assisting with process standardization and governance initiatives.
- Documenting procedures and maintaining operational reference materials.
- Supporting mobility-related documentation needs.
- Contributing to workflow continuity and operational efficiency improvements.
- Assisting with day-to-day mobility operations and support activities.
Familiarity with mobile devices, cellular service environments, and IT support workflows is preferred to effectively support operational and process improvement initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- A minimum of 2–3 years of experience performing administrative, operational, or technical support tasks in an IT, telecommunications, mobility, or similar environment is preferred.
- Experience supporting cross-functional workflows, maintaining accurate records, tracking requests through completion, and assisting with process or procedure documentation is preferred.
- Experience with ticketing systems, asset or inventory tracking, mobile device support, or technical/process writing would be a plus.
Preferred Qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Public Administration, Technical Communications, or a related field.
- Prior experience supporting an IT, telecom, mobility, or device management function.
- Familiarity with mobile device lifecycle support, cellular service coordination, inventory or ticketing systems, and general IT service management practices.
- Experience documenting processes, procedures, SOPs, or other operational guidance.
- Technical writing or process documentation experience is strongly preferred.
