CornerStone Staffing Technology Talent Services is actively partnering with enterprise organizations across Texas to identify a highly skilled RSA Archer / GRC Security Specialist with deep expertise in governance, risk, compliance, and enterprise security architecture.
We are seeking a senior-level cybersecurity and GRC professional who can bridge the gap between security operations, compliance initiatives, and technical implementation. This opportunity is ideal for someone who thrives in complex enterprise environments, understands modern risk frameworks, and has hands-on experience designing scalable RSA Archer solutions that support evolving security and regulatory requirements.
What We’re Looking For
• Advanced hands-on experience configuring and administering RSA Archer platforms in enterprise environments
• Strong background building and supporting Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) programs
• Expertise developing custom Archer applications, workflows, assessments, issue management, and controls assurance modules
• Experience integrating Archer with enterprise platforms such as ServiceNow, CMDBs, identity systems, or security tooling using REST APIs and web services
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity frameworks including NIST, ISO 27001, SOC, risk management methodologies, and security control validation
• Ability to gather business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions and governance workflows
• Experience creating automated workflows, role-based access controls, questionnaires, forms, and data relationships within Archer
• Proficiency with JavaScript and jQuery for Archer customizations and client-side enhancements
• Strong troubleshooting, optimization, and production support capabilities within complex security environments
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across security, compliance, infrastructure, and executive stakeholder groups
Preferred Background
• Experience supporting large enterprise or government-regulated environments
• Exposure to enterprise risk management, audit readiness, compliance monitoring, and security operations
• Experience working in highly structured, change-controlled environments
• Familiarity with security governance initiatives and continuous compliance programs
• Ability to work independently while driving enterprise-wide security solutions
Required Certifications
• Archer Certified Professional (ACP)
OR
• RSA Archer Certified Administrator – Expert Level
