Key Responsibilities AI Architecture Leadership
- Lead the design and delivery of end-to-end agentic AI solutions across Azure and Microsoft Fabric
- Architect multi-agent systems with capabilities such as reasoning, planning, and orchestration
- Define patterns for task decomposition, tool usage, and cross-system integration
AI Platform Strategy & Advisory
- Provide guidance on AI platform evolution, from foundational setup to advanced deployments
- Design scalable architectures including RAG pipelines, multi-agent orchestration, and evaluation frameworks
- Ensure solutions are built for resilience, scalability, and extensibility
Enterprise AI Engineering
- Architect highly scalable, production-ready AI systems
- Implement secure-by-design principles, including identity, secrets management, and observability
- Optimize for performance, cost efficiency, and fault tolerance
AI Governance & Responsible AI
- Establish and enforce AI governance frameworks
- Implement safety guardrails, bias mitigation, auditability, and human-in-the-loop controls
- Ensure alignment with enterprise risk and compliance standards
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with business stakeholders, data teams, and engineering teams
- Translate complex challenges into actionable AI-driven solutions
- Define success metrics and ensure value realization
Executive Engagement
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership
- Communicate architectural vision, trade-offs, and ROI
- Influence enterprise adoption of AI solutions
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience designing and implementing agent-first / multi-agent AI systems
- Strong hands-on expertise with Azure AI services, including:
- Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Studio, Azure Machine Learning
- Model deployment, prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and evaluation pipelines
- Advanced experience with Microsoft Fabric, including:
- Lakehouse architecture, data pipelines, real-time analytics, and semantic models
- Strong foundation in Azure infrastructure (compute, networking, storage)
- Experience with:
- RAG architectures and AI search patterns
- Observability tools (Azure Monitor, Application Insights)
- Security frameworks (Entra ID, Key Vault, Defender for Cloud, Purview)
- Experience with agent orchestration frameworks such as Semantic Kernel or similar
- Understanding of responsible AI practices and governance frameworks
Preferred Qualifications
- Microsoft certifications (e.g., AI-102, AZ-305, DP-203)
- Experience integrating AI solutions with Power Platform or Copilot Studio
- Background in enterprise-scale AI transformation initiatives
