Key Responsibilities
- Lead enterprise business intelligence and data strategy initiatives aligned with organizational goals
- Develop and execute comprehensive data, BI, and AI strategies
- Drive a data-driven culture across cross-functional business units
- Oversee the design and implementation of scalable data architecture and analytics solutions
- Establish and maintain data governance frameworks to ensure data accuracy, security, and compliance
- Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to align data strategy with enterprise objectives
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of data engineers and BI professionals
- Guide cloud transformation efforts and modern data platform adoption
- Ensure seamless integration of BI tools with enterprise systems
- Partner with external vendors and technology providers to implement best practices
- Continuously evaluate and enhance AI and analytics capabilities
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field
- 7+ years of experience in data engineering, data architecture, cloud engineering, or similar roles
- Strong experience with modern data tools such as Power BI, Databricks, dbt, Fivetran, AWS, or similar platforms
- Proven experience in data governance, enterprise architecture, and analytics solutions
- Experience leading teams and managing enterprise-level data initiatives
- Strong understanding of cloud-based data ecosystems and digital transformation
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
