What You’ll Be Driving
You won’t just maintain data—you’ll architect how it flows, scales, and delivers value across the business.
- Own and evolve master data governance frameworks across product and customer domains
- Design and enforce data standards, policies, and SOPs that ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance
- Act as a functional expert in product lifecycle and item master management, including finished goods specifications
- Partner cross-functionally with IT, supply chain, and business teams to resolve complex data issues and optimize system integrations
- Lead data quality initiatives, including cleansing, validation, and KPI tracking across enterprise systems
- Identify breakdowns in data flow and drive root cause analysis + process redesign
- Support ERP enhancements, testing, and large-scale data updates with a focus on system reliability and scalability
- Champion data governance adoption through training, stakeholder alignment, and best practices

What You Bring
- 3–5+ years in supply chain, data governance, or master data management
- Strong experience working with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Proven ability to manage data quality, governance frameworks, and cross-functional data flows
- Advanced Excel skills and comfort working with large, complex datasets
- Solid understanding of supply chain operations, regulatory considerations, and data lifecycle management
- Ability to troubleshoot data issues across systems and drive resolution at the root level
- Strong communication skills—you can influence without authority and drive alignment across teams
