End-User Technology Asset Management – Full Lifecycle Operator
We partner with organizations that operate at scale and require precision across their end-user computing environments. This role sits at the center of that operation—owning the full lifecycle of end-user hardware and ensuring visibility, accuracy, and operational efficiency across the environment.
We’re looking for professionals who have managed end-to-end hardware lifecycle processes—from procurement through deployment, refresh, and retirement—and understand how those stages impact cost, risk, and user experience.
This is not a ticket-based support role. This is an operations-driven, data-informed position where you are responsible for maintaining asset integrity across the environment and driving decisions through reporting and analysis.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
- Managing the full lifecycle of end-user hardware assets (procure? deploy? maintain? refresh? retire)
- Maintaining accurate asset inventories across systems and environments
- Producing and analyzing reports related to inventory counts, audits, asset aging, and operational KPIs/SLAs
- Identifying trends, gaps, and risks within asset data and providing insights to improve operations and compliance
- Partnering cross-functionally with End User Computing (EUC) / Field Services, IT Operations, and Asset/Procurement teams
- Driving coordination across teams to ensure lifecycle accuracy and process consistency
What Strong Candidates Typically Bring
- Hands-on experience managing PC/laptop hardware environments at scale
- Direct ownership of hardware lifecycle processes—not just support
- Experience building and delivering reporting that informs decisions
- Ability to translate data into operational insights (accuracy, risk, trends, performance)
- Experience working across teams to maintain asset accuracy and alignment
What This Role Is Not
- Not a break/fix or helpdesk role
- Not a passive inventory tracking position
- Not siloed work—this requires consistent coordination and ownership
