About the Opportunity
CornerStone Technology Talent Services is partnering with an enterprise organization to build a high-impact Microsoft 365 Executive Support function based in Addison, TX. You will serve as a trusted partner to executive leadership, ensuring their day-to-day experience within Microsoft 365 is seamless, efficient, and frictionless. This is a relationship-driven role where technical expertise meets communication, discretion, and real-time problem solving.
What You’ll Own
- Provide white-glove support to executive leadership across the Microsoft 365 ecosystem (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint)
- Anticipate and eliminate friction points before they impact productivity
- Troubleshoot and resolve high-priority, time-sensitive issues in real time
- Ensure seamless collaboration across devices, locations, and meeting environments
- Guide executives through modern M365 workflows, bridging gaps from legacy systems
- Act as a liaison across infrastructure, security, and support teams to drive resolution
- Drive adoption and optimization of M365 tools as new capabilities are introduced

- Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify technical concepts
