IT Support Specialist

Overview:
We are seeking a motivated IT Support Specialist who enjoys solving technical problems and working with modern technology. This opportunity is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, supports multiple systems, and is eager to grow their technical skillset—including exposure to automation and AI tools.

You will play a key part in supporting end users, maintaining systems, and helping improve overall IT operations.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide onsite and remote technical support to end users
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and basic network issues
  • Install, configure, and maintain Windows 10/11 systems
  • Support Microsoft Office applications and user productivity tools
  • Assist with mobile device support (iOS and Android)
  • Help manage virtual environments (Microsoft Virtual Server or similar)
  • Use remote tools, scripting, or automation to resolve issues efficiently
  • Document issues, resolutions, and processes clearly
  • Assist with system updates, patching, and performance improvements
  • Leverage AI and modern tools to streamline support and troubleshooting
  • Collaborate with team members to improve IT processes and systems


Qualifications:
  • 2–3 years of experience in IT support, help desk, or similar position
  • Strong knowledge of Windows OS (Windows 10/11) and Microsoft Office
  • Experience with desktop/laptop support and troubleshooting
  • Familiarity with remote support tools
  • Basic understanding of networking concepts
  • Exposure to mobile device support (iOS/Android)
  • Comfortable learning new technologies, including AI-driven tools


Nice to Have:
  • Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field
  • CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft certifications
  • Basic scripting experience (PowerShell or similar)
  • Experience with ticketing systems or ITSM tools
  • Exposure to virtualization technologies
