Job Title: Service Desk Engineer
Location: Oklahoma City, OK (Onsite)
Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Summary:
We are seeking a customer-focused Service Desk Engineer to provide technical support and ensure seamless IT operations for end users. This role is ideal for someone with strong experience supporting Windows environments, troubleshooting technical issues, and delivering high-quality service in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide Level 1 and Level 2 technical support for desktops, laptops, and enterprise applications
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Windows 11 and Windows Server environments
  • Manage incidents, service requests, and problem resolution through a ticketing system
  • Support user account administration, including access management and password resets
  • Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software systems
  • Assist with system updates, patching, and upgrades
  • Troubleshoot network connectivity issues (LAN/WAN/VPN)
  • Provide support for email and collaboration platforms (e.g., Microsoft 365, Outlook)
  • Maintain accurate documentation, including knowledge base articles and troubleshooting guides
  • Collaborate with internal teams for issue escalation and resolution
  • Follow established IT service management processes and service level agreements (SLAs)

Required Qualifications:
  • 4–5 years of experience in IT Service Desk or End User Support
  • Strong experience supporting and troubleshooting Windows 11 environments
  • Working knowledge of Windows Server administration
  • Experience with Active Directory and user account management
  • Familiarity with Microsoft 365 / Exchange Online
  • Experience using ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira, Remedy)
  • Basic understanding of networking concepts (IP, DNS, DHCP)
  • Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Microsoft certifications (e.g., Modern Desktop Administrator Associate)
  • ITIL Foundation certification
  • Experience with endpoint management tools (Intune, SCCM)
  • Experience with remote support tools

Work Environment:
  • Fully onsite role in Oklahoma City, OK
  • May require occasional after-hours or on-call support based on business needs
