MDM Product Owner
Type: Long-term Contract
Work Setting: Remote
Position Summary
We’re seeking an experienced MDM Product Owner to lead the design, build, and day-to-day operation of an enterprise Customer Master Data Management (MDM) platform using Profisee. This is a hands-on opportunity focused on delivering high-quality “golden records,” maintaining platform performance and stability, and partnering closely with governance and business teams.
What You’ll Do

Own and manage the Customer MDM product using Profisee

Design and maintain entity models, business rules, and data standards

Build and optimize match/merge logic and survivorship strategies

Manage Profisee configuration, deployments, and release cycles

Lead daily MDM operations including monitoring, SLAs, and issue resolution

Support onboarding of new data sources and integration improvements

Enable and improve data stewardship workflows

Troubleshoot complex data issues and drive root cause analysis

Provide leadership and guidance to a small team of MDM engineers/analysts
Required Qualifications

6–10 years of experience in MDM, data engineering, or data platform operations

Hands-on experience with Profisee (or comparable MDM tools)

Strong knowledge of:

Entity modeling

Data matching rules / match logic

Merge and survivorship strategies

Experience leading or mentoring technical team members

Ability to balance technical execution with business priorities
