Overview:
CornerStone TTS is seeking an experienced Senior IT Project Manager to lead and deliver large-scale IT initiatives within a multi-hospital healthcare system. The ideal candidate will have proven expertise in managing complex enterprise-level projects with deep functional experience in Epic OpTime, Cupid, and Radiant modules.

This role offers the opportunity to work with a nationally recognized health system, leading technology implementations that directly impact patient care, clinical efficiency, and operational effectiveness. The work is remote, but aligned with central time zone hours and reporting to Irving, TX for office needs if required.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage complex IT projects using established PMO methodologies

  • Gather, evaluate, and document user needs and business requirements

  • Develop and manage project plans, scope, budgets, schedules, and resources

  • Oversee analysis, design, and testing phases of Epic and related application implementations

  • Maintain project issues, risks, action items, and change control documentation

  • Provide regular status reports to stakeholders, PMO leadership, and steering teams

  • Ensure projects meet organizational goals, regulatory requirements, and quality standards

  • Coordinate end-user training, communication, and post-implementation support

  • Support IS business planning activities including scheduling, budgeting, and prioritization

  • Operate as a key point of contact between technical teams and business stakeholders

  • Drive stakeholder engagement and align deliverables with business priorities


Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree (required – proof of education must be submitted)

  • Minimum 6 years of experience in information technology project management

  • Prior experience leading large-scale, enterprise-level IT projects in healthcare settings

  • Hands-on experience implementing Epic OpTime, Cupid, and Radiant modules

  • Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, and team coordination skills

  • Familiarity with standard project management methodologies and documentation


Preferred Qualifications:

  • PMP Certification (strongly preferred)

  • Experience working in healthcare or multi-hospital environments

  • Proven ability to manage concurrent projects with competing priorities

  • Experience with PMO governance, financial tracking, and reporting tools

  • Self-motivated and able to work independently in a fully remote role

  • Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to lead cross-functional teams

  • Confident decision-maker with strong problem-solving capabilities

  • Able to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences
