Location: Irving, TX (100% Onsite – near Regent Blvd)
Type: Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire
Schedule: Monday – Friday
Start Date: ASAP
CornerStone TTS is seeking a Production Support Specialist for a well-established and growing client in Irving, TX. This is a full-time, temp-to-hire position with long-term potential for growth within a company that values professionalism, integrity, and a customer-first mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email in a high-volume environment

Provide Level 1 technical support, including basic troubleshooting and access issues

Assist with order tracking, billing inquiries, and accurate data entry
-
Escalate complex or unresolved issues to internal technical teams as needed
-
Maintain a positive and professional demeanor in all customer interactions
-
Contribute to a team-based culture focused on customer satisfaction
Requirements:
-
2+ years of experience in customer service, call center, or help desk support
-
Strong verbal and written communication skills
-
Bilingual in English/Spanish strongly preferred

Professional, punctual, and dependable work ethic
-
Must be able to work 100% onsite now and after the client relocates locally in mid-2025

Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and internal data entry systems is a plus
