What You’ll Do Campaign Reporting & Analytics

Build and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports for partner marketing campaigns.

Track marketing KPIs across acquisition, engagement, funnel metrics, asset usage, and partner-level results.

Create standardized reporting packages that support recurring performance reviews.

Ensure reporting accuracy, clarity, and consistency.

Analyze campaign and channel performance to identify trends and optimization opportunities.

Develop A/B testing and segmentation strategies to improve channel effectiveness.

Provide clear, insight-driven recommendations to improve targeting, messaging, and partner engagement.

Support quarterly business reviews with partner-specific insights.

Develop and maintain dashboards in Tableau to improve visibility into campaign performance, partner funnels, and ROI.

Collaborate with IT and data teams to ensure data accuracy across all systems.

Build role-specific reporting views for leadership, partnership teams, and external partners.

Ensure data integrity across CRM, marketing automation platforms, analytics systems, and partner tools.

Partner with Marketing Operations to improve data flows, automation, and attribution.

Identify process gaps and recommend improvements.

Document reporting logic, data sources, and tracking methodologies.

Work with Campaign Managers to plan, track, and measure campaigns across channels.

Collaborate with Partnership teams to meet partner-specific reporting needs.

Provide ad hoc analysis for new partner launches and pilot programs.

Assist with executive-level reporting, presentations, and dashboard development.
What You Bring

Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.

Experience with tools such as Salesforce, marketing automation platforms, Google Analytics, SQL, or Tableau.

Proven ability to build dashboards and automated reporting workflows.

Strong communication skills and ability to present complex data clearly.

High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.

Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
-
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Analytics, Data Science, or related field.

3–5 years of experience in marketing analytics, reporting, business intelligence, or performance analysis.

Experience with digital marketing metrics, attribution, and funnel analysis.
-
Experience in partnership-driven, insurance, financial services, or related industries is a plus.
