Location: Westlake, TX (Onsite or Hybrid Depending on Business Needs)

This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of marketing and technology, bringing together campaign design, automation, performance insight, and data governance. What You’ll Do

  • Own the build and deployment of marketing automation campaigns including email journeys, nurture tracks, triggered workflows, and A/B tests

  • Translate campaign goals into actionable flows within platforms like Marketo, HubSpot, Iterable, Pardot, or similar tools

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing and sales stakeholders to align campaigns with business objectives

  • Monitor campaign health and performance metrics, and deliver actionable insights for continuous improvement

  • Ensure data segmentation, audience targeting, and contact governance follow best practices for compliance and precision

  • Establish QA procedures to ensure flawless execution and platform performance across multiple campaign types

  • Lead conversations around performance benchmarks and provide campaign retrospectives and recommendations for optimization

What We’re Looking For

  • 3–5 years of hands-on experience working within enterprise marketing automation platforms

  • Strong knowledge of full-funnel campaign design: email marketing, audience segmentation, lead nurturing, and workflow logic

  • Experience interpreting campaign metrics to drive insights and optimize for engagement, conversion, and ROI

  • Excellent attention to detail and project management skills; ability to manage multiple campaigns with different timelines

  • Strong communicator who can translate data into a story for both marketing and non-marketing stakeholders

  • Self-starter who thrives in fast-moving environments, brings new ideas, and elevates what’s possible

Preferred Tools & Platforms Experience

  • HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, or Iterable (or comparable MAPs)

  • CRM systems such as Salesforce or Dynamics

  • Basic HTML or email template experience a plus

  • Familiarity with campaign tracking, tagging, and attribution tools is a bonus

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
