Title: Solution Architect

Overview
We are seeking a Solution Architect to design and guide the delivery of scalable, high-performance solutions across web and mobile platforms. The ideal candidate is a hands-on technical leader with strong cloud experience (preferably Azure) and a solid understanding of both frontend and backend systems. This role partners closely with product, engineering, and infrastructure teams to turn business needs into secure, maintainable, modern architectures.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead end-to-end solution architecture across multiple systems and platforms.
• Design cloud-native applications and collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the development lifecycle.
• Translate business requirements into clear technical designs and architecture diagrams.
• Recommend the right technologies to meet performance, scalability, and reliability goals.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to engineering teams.
• Review designs and code for architectural alignment and best practices.
• Support innovation through proof-of-concept work and modernization initiatives.
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years in solution architecture or senior software engineering.
• Strong understanding of modern frontend/backend stacks, cloud-native infrastructure, and networking fundamentals.
• Experience delivering consumer-facing digital products across web and mobile.
• Hands-on experience with Azure (preferred) or AWS/GCP.
• Experience with technologies such as Event Hub, AKS, Blob Storage, DNS, Virtual Networks, Redis, App Service, and containers.
• Proficiency with relational and NoSQL databases.
• Background in solution design, application architecture, database architecture, networking, storage, or security.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage technical and non-technical audiences.
Preferred Attributes
• Experience architecting enterprise-grade systems for high-traffic, customer-facing applications.
• Knowledge of microservices, event-driven design, and API-first architectures.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to balance technical depth and business needs.
