CornerStone TTS is seeking a Data Engineer – Clinical Analytics
Location: Hybrid – DFW Local Candidates Only (Onsite Interviews Required)
Type: Contract-to-Hire
Work Schedule: Standard Business Hours | No Travel
Position Overview:
CornerStone TTS is actively seeking a Data Engineer to support high-impact clinical analytics initiatives within a leading healthcare-focused organization. This is a contract-to-hire role designed for professionals who are passionate about turning data into actionable insights.
Candidates must reside in the Dallas–Fort Worth area. Onsite interviews and a hybrid work schedule are required.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze, cleanse, and prepare raw data for modeling and analytics
Build, test, and manage data pipelines (ETL/ELT) for structured and unstructured data
Collaborate with BI developers, data scientists, and domain experts to support business goals
Write and optimize SQL queries and Python scripts for data processing
Contribute to system integration, testing, and deployment efforts
Create and maintain technical documentation following best practices
Participate in code reviews and support continuous improvement of data workflows
Troubleshoot data issues and identify opportunities for quality and efficiency improvements
Required Qualifications:
At least 1 year of experience in data engineering, software development, or related fields
Proficient in SQL and relational database concepts
Experience with Python scripting
Familiar with tools such as SSIS, Git, Docker, Azure, and Visual Studio
Understanding of ETL processes and data orchestration
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to pass a technical assessment and participate in onsite interviews
Preferred Skills:
Experience with Azure Data Factory, Azure Web Apps, or Azure ML
Familiarity with cloud platforms like Azure, AWS, or GCP
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
