Location: Remote – U.S. Based Only

Overview:
CornerStone TTS is actively seeking experienced IT Project Managers to lead and support large-scale technology initiatives in the life sciences space. These positions offer the opportunity to work remotely on high-visibility programs within the commercial operations of a global organization.
This role requires strong project leadership skills across Agile and Waterfall methodologies, as well as experience delivering enterprise IT projects. Candidates with backgrounds in pharmaceutical or animal health industries are strongly encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead cross-functional project teams across IT and business units

Manage full project lifecycle using Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies

Communicate project status, risks, and timelines to key stakeholders

Drive scope, schedule, budget, and resource planning activities

Collaborate with technical and business teams to ensure delivery of strategic initiatives
-
Support commercial teams across sales, service, marketing, and operations
-
Ensure project alignment with organizational goals and compliance requirements

Track and report on project performance and ROI
Required Experience & Skills:
-
5 to 15 years of total experience, with at least 5–7 years in IT project management
-
Proven experience managing complex projects and cross-functional teams
-
Strong communication skills – both verbal and written

Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies

Demonstrated ability to manage remote teams and drive virtual collaboration
-
IT project delivery experience within large enterprises
Preferred Experience:
-
Background in Life Sciences, Pharmaceutical, or Animal Health industries
-
Familiarity with Sales and Service CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce)

Experience with SAP Sales Performance Management (SPM) on HANA
-
Marketing automation and campaign support tools

Exposure to commercial business processes across sales, marketing, and operations
