Overview:
CornerStone TTS is seeking a highly skilled Oracle Business Analyst with deep expertise in subscription and consumption-based pricing models. This role supports a global software and platform client in the high-tech industry and plays a critical part in shaping future-state pricing models and system integrations.
This is a hybrid role based in Santa Clara, CA — candidates must be local or willing to commute on a hybrid schedule.
Key Responsibilities:

Analyze the current-state pricing systems and workflows

Define and gather business requirements for future-state subscription/consumption pricing models

Partner directly with engineering and cross-functional stakeholders to translate business needs into system requirements

Support the implementation and optimization of Oracle and Zuora solutions

Create detailed documentation including use cases, functional requirements, and process flows

Facilitate stakeholder alignment, issue resolution, and requirement sign-off

Act as a subject matter expert in subscription billing and pricing architecture
Required Skills & Experience:

Minimum 12 years of overall experience in IT or Business Analysis roles

Proven expertise in subscription and consumption pricing models

Strong hands-on experience with Oracle platforms related to pricing and billing

Experience with Zuora (Subscription Billing, Revenue Management, and Usage-Based Pricing modules)

Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration

Strong analytical mindset and business process understanding

Experience working in Hi-Tech or Software/Platform domains
Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with large-scale ERP or CPQ implementations

Familiarity with integrations between Oracle and Zuora platforms

Experience working in Agile environments

Prior experience in SaaS, software licensing, or recurring revenue models
