Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM CST/EST

Overview:
CornerStone TTS is seeking a Senior Manager – Indirect Procurement - Technology support a fast-moving business transformation within a Fortune-level organization. This is a hands-on strategic sourcing role focused on supplier transitions, contract separation, and indirect procurement as part of a business unit spin-off. This role is critical in ensuring supplier continuity, minimizing Transitional Service Agreements (TSAs), and supporting a clean, effective contract disentanglement.
Key Responsibilities:

Partner with sourcing and legal teams to identify and separate contracts tied to a divesting business unit

Analyze enterprise agreements to uncover dependencies, obligations, and supplier impacts

Lead and support sourcing initiatives for key indirect categories (e.g., operations, facilities, professional services, and IT spend)

Develop supplier transition strategies that ensure continuity for both legacy and new organizations

Draft, negotiate, and manage contract terms aligned to future-state needs

Maintain sourcing trackers, timelines, and dashboards to provide visibility across stakeholders

Collaborate with cross-functional teams in legal, finance, IT, and operations to execute transitions with minimal disruption

Support the creation of long-term sourcing frameworks, templates, and playbooks for the standalone entity
Required Qualifications:

7+ years of experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, or vendor management

Expertise in indirect procurement with a strong focus on technology sourcing (SaaS, cloud, telecom, infrastructure)

Experience supporting contract disentanglement, M&A transitions, or spin-off environments highly preferred

Strong communication, analysis, and execution skills in fast-paced environments

Familiarity with procurement tools such as SAP Ariba, Coupa, ServiceNow, or equivalent

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Procurement, or related discipline
