Location: Remote – Candidates must reside in DFW or Atlanta
Onsite Requirement: Monthly visits to Las Colinas, TX or Alpharetta, GA
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST/EST

Position Summary:
CornerStone TTS is seeking a skilled SAP Fieldglass Administrator to support the administration and enhancement of a global SAP Fieldglass environment. This is a hands-on, system-facing role supporting day-to-day operations, user access, supplier onboarding, and Fieldglass-related projects. The role will also include cross-training on SAP Ariba and involvement in the international expansion of Fieldglass to Canada and Ireland.
This position offers the opportunity to join a high-performing technology team, work across procurement and compliance functions, and gain global system administration experience.
Key Responsibilities:

Act as Tier 2 support for SAP Fieldglass, resolving system-related issues and managing escalation with SAP support

Maintain user access, permissions, and role assignments in compliance with internal controls

Support supplier onboarding, system configuration, and workflow updates

Perform UAT and deploy system patches, features, and module updates
-
Collaborate with internal stakeholders (legal, IT, finance, and procurement) to align workflows with policy and strategy

Ensure system documentation is current, audit-ready, and aligned with SOX/internal audit requirements

Partner with S&P team to ensure accuracy of contingent labor and contract data

Identify opportunities for process improvement and workflow optimization

Assist in training development and delivery for procurement stakeholders

Provide cross-coverage for Ariba system administration
Required Qualifications:
-
Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field

Minimum of 3 years’ experience administering SAP Fieldglass or a similar VMS platform
-
Knowledge of contingent labor and Statement of Work (SOW) lifecycle processes
-
Familiarity with access management, SOX/audit compliance, and user provisioning
-
Strong experience managing support tickets, workflows, and UAT execution

Strong communication, organization, and stakeholder collaboration skills

Willingness to cross-train on SAP Ariba

Must reside in DFW or Atlanta area and be able to commute to the office monthly
Preferred Skills:

Experience supporting enterprise procurement functions

Global or multi-country system administration experience

Project management, documentation, and workflow design exposure

Ability to influence across technical and non-technical teams

Customer-focused mindset with a continuous improvement approach
