Healthcare Interface Analyst II Data Integration & Interoperability

Overview:
CornerStone Technology Talent Services is seeking a highly capable and detail-oriented Healthcare Interface Analyst II to support a critical onsite integration initiative. This role focuses on building and maintaining healthcare data interfaces using tools such as Diplomat, Microsoft SSIS, Informatica PowerCenter, or IBM Integration Bus.
As part of our Technical Integration Team, you will help convert healthcare data requirements into structured messaging specifications, support integration development, and perform gap analyses between data formats. This role is ideal for a candidate who understands the value of interoperability, has strong messaging and transformation skills, and is committed to improving healthcare data workflows.
Key Responsibilities:
Work collaboratively across project teams to analyze, design, and deliver technical integration solutions
Gather and translate requirements into actionable messaging specifications
Conduct messaging gap analysis and communicate findings clearly to business and IT stakeholders
Support message transformation development using ETL or integration tools
Troubleshoot interface and messaging issues, including format errors, transmission failures, and transformation mismatches
Document integration flows, logic, and testing outcomes for future reference
Participate in integration testing and deployment coordination
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Health Informatics, or related field
2+ years of hands-on experience with healthcare messaging and interface development
Working knowledge of HL7, EDI, XML, CSV, and clinical data messaging
Practical experience with one or more integration tools such as Diplomat, SSIS, Informatica PowerCenter, or IBM Integration Bus
Strong communication skills with the ability to interpret technical specifications into business-friendly language
Must be located in the Dallas-Fort Worth area and available to work onsite in Irving, TX
Preferred Experience:
Experience supporting clinical and financial data workflows in a healthcare environment
Familiarity with integration lifecycle processes, error handling, and governance
Exposure to electronic health record (EHR) systems or healthcare middleware
Understanding of healthcare data standards, compliance, and interoperability frameworks
