CornerStone Technology Talent Services is partnering with a large, nationwide healthcare organization on a Business Systems Analyst opportunity focused on HCHB and HCHB Analytics within the Home Health and Hospice space. This is a fully remote contract position supporting high-impact clinical and operational teams.

The Business Systems Analyst serves as the bridge between business users and the software development team, helping translate real-world home health and hospice workflows into clear system requirements and actionable improvements.
You'll leverage your HCHB expertise to support enhancements, troubleshoot issues, and help drive better use of analytics across the organization.

You'll leverage your HCHB expertise to support enhancements, troubleshoot issues, and help drive better use of analytics across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and the software development team.
- Gather and document functional, system, and process requirements for HCHB and related solutions.
- Conduct interviews, document analysis, surveys, workflow reviews, and use case sessions to fully understand business needs.
- Analyze information from multiple sources to clarify business requests and operational requirements.
- Translate business needs into clear application and operational specifications for technical teams.
- Support testing efforts for new features, changes, and enhancements.
- Assist end users by helping troubleshoot HCHB-related issues and provide clarity on system functionality.
- Collaborate with project teams and, when needed, lead smaller initiatives or workstreams.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with HCHB and HCHB Analytics.
- Experience in Home Health and/or Hospice (clinical operations, IT, or application support).
- Strong background in gathering and documenting business and system requirements.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, comfortable working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Experience in a help desk or application support environment specifically supporting HCHB.
- Prior experience coordinating or leading small projects or process improvement efforts.
