What You’ll Do
- Support employees via phone, voicemail, and email
- Assist with general technical, process, and policy questions
- Manage and resolve requests using a ticketing system
- Maintain organization charts, rosters, and internal documentation
- Schedule meetings, calls, and complete administrative tasks
- Update internal databases with case or status changes
- Escalate issues requiring compliance or management review
- Strong skills in Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Experience with help desk or ticketing tools (Genesys a plus)
- Clear communication and strong attention to detail
- Ability to stay organized and manage multiple priorities
