SAP Fieldglass Administrator
Hybrid Remote Must reside in DFW or Atlanta (monthly onsite in Las Colinas or Alpharetta)

We are seeking a SAP Fieldglass Administrator who can operate in a complex, global SAP environment and contribute to an expanding procurement technology ecosystem. This role offers cross-training in SAP Ariba and involvement in upcoming international initiatives as Fieldglass is deployed into Canada and Ireland.
Position Overview
The SAP Fieldglass Administrator will support the day-to-day stability, configuration, and optimization of the Fieldglass platform. This position functions as the primary escalation point for system issues, manages access and permissions, supports procurement workflows, and leads testing and validation efforts for system enhancements. The role requires strong analytical capabilities, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively across technology, procurement, and sourcing functions.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the Tier 2 expert for Fieldglass, resolving system issues and supporting end users through case and ticket management.

Partner with SAP/Fieldglass support teams to escalate and resolve issues efficiently.

Administer user roles, permissions, and access requests in accordance with audit and compliance requirements.

Support supplier onboarding and maintain accurate procurement, SOW, and contingent workforce data.

Monitor system performance and communicate planned maintenance or downtime activities.

Execute UAT for new functionality, releases, and patches;assess impacts of configuration or policy updates.

Review and refine workflows to improve efficiency, cycle times, and alignment with procurement strategies.

Maintain documented procedures, workflows, and system configuration records.

Identify opportunities to streamline procurement processes through technology enablement and automation.

Support SOX and internal audit activities by maintaining controls and documentation for Fieldglass.

Collaborate with sourcing and procurement teams to ensure accurate contract and labor data.

Create and deliver training materials for user groups or stakeholders when needed.

Provide backup coverage for SAP Fieldglass and assist with SAP Ariba administration during short-term support needs.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

A minimum of 3 years of experience administering SAP Fieldglass or a similar vendor management system.

Strong understanding of contingent workforce processes, SOW lifecycle management, and procurement operations.

Experience managing user access, compliance requirements, and audit documentation.

Background in UAT execution, system enhancements, and workflow troubleshooting.

Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work effectively across technical and business teams.

Familiarity with SAP Ariba or willingness to be cross-trained.
