The Content Administrator will research HR topics, collaborate with subject-matter experts, and maintain an internal knowledge library to ensure accuracy, consistency, and accessibility for employees.
Key Responsibilities
- Write, edit, and maintain knowledge articles for an internal HR knowledge base.
- Ensure content follows established standards, is accurate, and optimized for user accessibility.
- Conduct research and collaborate with SMEs to produce informative and engaging content.
- Audit and update articles regularly to ensure relevancy and accuracy.
- Apply SEO principles to improve article discoverability.
- Partner with HR, communications, and employee support teams to align knowledge content with organizational initiatives.
- Own specific HR content categories such as benefits, payroll, compensation, policy, and career development.
- Support onboarding of new contributors and help maintain style guides and editorial standards.
- Provide feedback and proofreading support to peers, ensuring content consistency and quality.
- Contribute to ongoing improvements of knowledge-sharing processes and tools.
Qualifications
- 1 2 years of professional writing, content development, or technical writing experience.
- Strong command of grammar, editing, and business/academic writing.
- Excellent research and analytical skills with an eye for detail.
- Ability to explain complex ideas clearly and concisely.
- Journalism or storytelling background preferred.
- Experience creating training materials and applying SEO best practices.
- Knowledge of HR topics strongly preferred.
- Must provide writing samples (link required on resume).
