Overview
We are seeking a Demo Experience Designer to support sales enablement and solutions engineering efforts. This role will focus on creating seamless, interactive demo experiences using modern demo platforms. The ideal candidate will bring domain expertise in spending accounts (HSA, FSA, HRA) and the ability to design lifelike product demonstrations that drive customer engagement and enablement.

Overview
We are seeking a Demo Experience Designer to support sales enablement and solutions engineering efforts. This role will focus on creating seamless, interactive demo experiences using modern demo platforms. The ideal candidate will bring domain expertise in spending accounts (HSA, FSA, HRA) and the ability to design lifelike product demonstrations that drive customer engagement and enablement.
Key Responsibilities
- Build lifelike, seamless product demos that replicate both member-facing and employee-facing experiences.
- Develop both sandbox demos (exploratory, clickable) and guided demos (step-by-step storytelling).
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, marketing, solutions engineering, sales enablement, and client services.
- Capture future-state features and prototypes (using tools such as Figma) and translate them into demo experiences.
- Continuously iterate on demos to align with product updates and enhancements.
- Balance accuracy with storytelling to showcase the most relevant product capabilities.
- Conduct testing and quality assurance to ensure demo usability and reliability.
- Provide training and support to sales and client-facing teams on effective demo utilization.
- Stay current on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging demo technologies.
Qualifications
Required
- Experience designing interactive product demos, product tours, or educational materials.
- Strong understanding of Health Savings Accounts (HSA), Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA), and Health Reimbursement Arrangements (HRA).
- Demonstrated ability to tailor demo experiences for different buyer personas and stakeholder groups.
- Proven success collaborating across multiple teams in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred
- Hands-on experience with demo platforms such as Walnut, Reprise, Consensus, Demostack, Navattic, Storylane, or Tourial.
- Familiarity with digital adoption or product tour tools such as Whatfix, WalkMe, or Usetiful.
- Exposure to design/prototyping tools like Figma, Sketch, or InVision.
- Background in healthcare, financial products, or benefits administration.
