IT Service Desk Analyst (Part-Time)
Location: Downtown Fort Worth
Type: Contract-to-Hire, Part-Time
Shift Schedule:
- Permanent shift: Wednesday through Saturday, 9: 00 PM to 7: 30 AM
- Training period: Monday through Friday, 8: 00 AM to 4: 30 PM (First 4 6 weeks)
CornerStone Technology Talent Services is seeking a dependable and technically proficient IT Service Desk Analyst for a part-time, contract-to-hire opportunity in Downtown Fort Worth. This role is perfect for candidates who bring a solid foundation in IT support, demonstrate a strong sense of independence during overnight hours, and are eager to grow their skills within a collaborative technology team.
What You ll Do:
- Troubleshoot and resolve end-user issues with Windows desktop/laptop systems
- Provide support for Microsoft Office, Exchange, Active Directory, and enterprise applications
- Conduct incident triage and document resolution using established SOPs
- Utilize enterprise tools for system imaging, deployments, and endpoint management
- Serve as a first point of contact for network and telecommunications issues
- Collaborate with internal IT teams for advanced escalation support
- Maintain clear, concise documentation on service requests and resolutions
What You Bring:
- 6+ months of IT support experience in a service desk or call center environment
- Excellent communication skills with a user-focused approach
- Strong foundational knowledge of Windows OS, Office 365, and basic networking
- Comfortable working independently, especially during overnight hours
- EPIC software experience is a plus
