Overview
CornerStone Technology Talent Services is seeking a skilled and operations-savvy BPO Project Manager to lead large-scale vendor-driven process improvement and execution initiatives. This role sits at the intersection of enterprise finance systems and global outsourcing models. We re partnering with a well-established enterprise team focused on delivering measurable business results through streamlined back-office and IT support programs.
As a BPO Project Manager, you will ensure critical outsourced functions operate effectively, efficiently, and in full compliance with internal standards and stakeholder expectations. This is not a vendor babysitting role this is a program-impacting leadership opportunity for someone who can manage cross-functional workstreams, document business-critical processes, and provide real-time transparency into performance and delivery timelines.
What You'll Be Responsible For
- Managing full project timelines and deliverables across multiple internal and vendor-based teams
- Coordinating directly with business stakeholders and third-party providers to align on priorities, processes, and operational execution
- Tracking key milestones and deliverables;escalating delays or blockers early to avoid downstream risks
- Leading recurring status meetings and coordinating project resources, schedules, and documentation
- Maintaining centralized documentation including project reports, contracts, SOPs, and change logs
- Ensuring alignment with internal compliance, finance controls, and enterprise policies
- Supporting project initiatives involving major BPO providers and platforms such as TCS and ADP
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Demonstrated success in a project or program management role supporting outsourced operational functions (BPO, shared services, managed service providers)
- Ability to lead in fast-paced environments with multiple priorities and cross-border teams
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for reporting, stakeholder coordination, and vendor engagement
- Experience managing offshore workflows, performance tracking, and issue escalation
- Strong organizational systems and project documentation capabilities
- Familiarity with enterprise-level vendor programs such as TCS or ADP is highly preferred
