🔍What You'll Do
- Develop and maintain scalable, high-performance UI components using Next.Js (App Router), TypeScript, and Tailwind CSS.
- Expand features for a public-facing site, evolving the CMS content model and integrating components within a design system.
- Work cross-functionally with marketing, UX, and agency partners to deploy solutions that are both technically elegant and user-first.
- Lead API integrations and own the seamless connection of headless CMS architecture.
- Ensure compliance with accessibility and WCAG standards for inclusive design.
- Maintain and improve MarTech tool integrations to support advanced user engagement strategies.
Tech Environment
- Languages & Frameworks: Next.Js (App Router), React, TypeScript
- Styling: Tailwind CSS
- Hosting/Deployment: Vercel (or similar JAMStack SaaS platforms)
- CMS: Headless CMS like Contentful
- Tooling: Figma, Illustrator, Photoshop
- Architecture: Monorepo experience preferred
- Data Access: GraphQL familiarity a plus
👤Ideal Candidate Traits
- 2+ years hands-on experience with Next.Js, Tailwind, and TypeScript
- Senior-level capability in front-end or full-stack JAMStack environments
- Deep understanding of UX principles and how they translate into scalable code
- Confident with design systems and collaborative cross-team workflows
- Strong communicator who thrives in hybrid or remote environments
