Key Qualifications
- M.S. Or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Data Science, Computational Biology, or Bioinformatics
- Minimum 5 years of experience working with complex data analysis in a scientific or technical setting
- Strong programming and tool development experience using R, Python, or equivalent languages
- Excellent written and oral communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry experience is a plus
- Expertise in topological data analysis (TDA) and single-cell omics
- Knowledge of heart failure biology or related biomedical research is highly desirable
In this role, you will:
- Develop and implement innovative quantum-adaptable topological data analysis (TDA) tools to extract biologically relevant insights from complex omics datasets
- Collaborate with internal teams and external research partners to explore biological drivers of heart failure pathogenesis
- Apply advanced computational methods to analyze next-generation sequencing data and other high-dimensional biological datasets
- Translate scientific insights into actionable solutions to advance therapeutic drug discovery
