Overview:

We’re seeking a highly motivated and curious technology leader to oversee our ERP systems, IT infrastructure, and departmental operations. This individual will play a critical role in maintaining data integrity, driving system optimization, managing cross-functional teams, and ensuring alignment between technology and business goals. A deep understanding of business processes, along with a strategic mindset and hands-on technical expertise, is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

ERP Management (Acumatica preferred, NetSuite or Dynamics similar):

• Lead customization, modification, and ongoing maintenance of our ERP system.
• Ensure data integrity and system reliability across departments.
• Build and maintain SQL queries to support data extraction and reporting.
• Drive process improvements through better system utilization and automation.

Department & Strategic Leadership:

• Serve as a liaison to executive leadership and C-Suite, contributing to business strategy from a technology perspective.
• Manage departmental operations, including hiring, training, performance management, and professional development.
• Develop and execute departmental goals aligned with company-wide objectives.
• Manage departmental budgeting and resource planning.

IT Infrastructure, Networking & Security:

• Oversee a hybrid IT environment with 300+ endpoints (excluding servers), including Office 365 and Azure private cloud.
• Collaborate with Crestwood and Associates to manage infrastructure on a month-to-month basis.
• Maintain and optimize Active Directory, VLAN configurations, and SQL Server performance.
• Manage and improve our IT ticketing system (Jitbit) and ensure high-quality support services.
• Implement cybersecurity best practices and maintain a secure, resilient network environment.

Innovation & AI Integration:

• Explore and support opportunities to integrate AI technologies into business operations to increase efficiency and drive innovation.

Cross-Functional Curiosity:

• Exhibit a genuine interest in understanding how different departments operate and how technology can support their success.
• Proactively ask questions and seek opportunities for integration, improvement, and collaboration.

Ideal Qualifications:

• Proven experience managing ERP systems (Acumatica preferred).
• Strong SQL/data analysis skills and familiarity with enterprise data structures.
• Experience managing teams and departments with strategic accountability.
• Solid understanding of IT infrastructure, networking, and cybersecurity.
• Familiarity with cloud environments, especially Azure.
• Experience working with third-party IT vendors or MSPs.
• Excellent communication skills and a strong sense of business curiosity.
