Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Windows Developer to support a critical Windows 11 rollout initiative with a firm deadline of October 1st. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Windows 10/11 OS builds, SCCM, and lifecycle management, and be capable of working independently with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the Windows 11 deployment across the organization, ensuring readiness by the October 1st deadline.
• Build, configure, and maintain Windows 11 operating systems.
• Utilize SCCM for deployment, patching, and software distribution.
• Perform workstation and peripheral configuration
• Troubleshoot basic workstation issues and provide Tier 1/2 support.
• Manage the hardware lifecycle, including asset management and shipping/receiving laptops.
• Collaborate with end users to ensure smooth transitions and minimal disruption.
• Maintain clear and effective communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Required Qualifications:

• 2–5 years of IT experience in a similar role.
• Proven experience with deployment/roll outs
• Strong knowledge of OS builds
• SCCM
• Familiarity with lifecycle and asset management practices.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal hand-holding.
