Position Description:

At CGI, we are accelerating our leadership in Data, AI, and Cloud through high-impact strategic alliances. We are seeking a strategic U.S. Data & AI Alliances Lead to lead and scale our partnership with Databricks. This is a growth leadership role responsible for driving U.S. revenue expansion, strengthening executive relationships, and shaping joint go-to-market strategies with Databricks. You will work in close coordination with CGI's Global Alliance leadership while focusing on accelerating growth, pipeline, and solution innovation across the United States.

The ideal candidate brings experience with Databricks, combined with proven success leading alliance strategy, co-sell motions, and strategic growth within a Global Systems Integrator (GSI) environment. Candidates proximate to any U.S. CGI office will be considered with a preference for Austin TX, Dallas TX, Philadelphia PA or Chicago IL. CGI utilizes a hybrid model and partners should be prepared to work in a local CGI or client office, as needed.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

In this role, you will own the U.S. alliance strategy and execution for Databricks, aligning CGI's business objectives with partner growth priorities and driving measurable impact.

Lead & Scale

. Own the U.S. Databricks alliance strategy, aligned to global objectives.
. Develop and execute a comprehensive growth plan focused on revenue expansion, pipeline acceleration, and industry penetration.
. Represent CGI in executive governance meetings and strategic planning sessions.
. Coordinate closely with the CGI Databricks Global Alliance Lead to ensure cross-region alignment and best practice sharing.

Drive Revenue & Co-Sell

. Build and activate joint go-to-market strategies, including industry solutions, accelerators, and vertical propositions.
. Connect CGI account teams with Databricks AEs and provide coaching for effective engagement to increase co-sell activity and pipeline creation.
. Support major pursuits, strategic bids, and high-value deal shaping to drive measurable growth across priority accounts and sectors in the U.S.

Ecosystem & Relationship Development

. Build strong executive-level relationships across Databricks (Sales, Alliances, Industry, Product, and Field leadership).
. Expand CGI's presence within the broader partner ecosystem.
. Represent CGI at industry and alliance events (e.g., Databricks Data + AI Summit).
. Work with marketing to host joint alliance events and thought leadership initiatives to increase market visibility.

Governance & Performance Management

. Establish and manage KPIs across pipeline, bookings, certifications, co-sell engagement, and marketing impact.
. Track performance and continuously optimize alliance execution.
. Provide leadership visibility through structured reporting and strategic planning.

Required qualifications:
Experience & Background

. Experience leading strategic alliances within a Global Systems Integrator or consulting firm.
. Proven track record driving revenue growth through technology partnerships.
. Understanding of modern data platforms, Lakehouse architecture, data engineering, analytics, and AI/ML use cases.
. Demonstrated success in pre-sales, co-sell environments and partner-driven pipeline development.
. Existing relationships with Databricks stakeholders and knowledge of their partner programs, benefits, and processes.

Leadership

. Experience shaping or influencing complex and strategic deals
. Experience developing and executing joint GTM strategies across industries.
. Ability to operate at executive level internally and externally.
. Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority.
. Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

Hands on experience implementing Databricks, including set up Data Lakehouses, building data engineering pipelines, and building AI/ML models or systems.

Other Information:
CGI is required by law in some jurisdictions to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to skill set, level, experience, relevant training, and licensure and certifications. To support the ability to reward for merit-based performance, CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $79,600.00 - $198,400.00.
