Position Description:

CGI is seeking an empowered Senior Product Manager to lead the evolution and market success of ProSteward360™, our premier enterprise platform for chemical compliance, safety data sheets (SDS), labeling, and global regulatory management. This role is the central point of product leadership, combining deep regulatory expertise with strategic vision to ensure our clients successfully navigate an increasingly complex global compliance landscape.


As the voice of the customer and CGI’s regulatory authority, you will translate global frameworks into scalable system capabilities while driving market relevance and revenue growth.

This role is remote and candidates can be based out of any CGI office within the United States.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

Product Strategy & Market Leadership
Serve as the product and regulatory authority for ProSteward360™, acting as the primary interpreter of the evolving global compliance landscape.

Monitor and translate global chemical regulatory developments (e.g., OSHA HazCom, GHS, REACH, TSCA) into actionable product strategy and roadmap priorities.

Own the full product lifecycle, from initial discovery and roadmap definition through delivery, launch, and continuous improvement.

Lead data-driven prioritization decisions that balance customer value, regulatory urgency, technical feasibility, and commercial impact.

Represent CGI in industry forums, client advisory boards, and thought leadership initiatives to strengthen market credibility.

Roadmap & Delivery
Build and communicate a compelling product roadmap to internal teams and external stakeholders.

Partner closely with engineering, UX, data, and quality teams to deliver high-quality, compliant, and scalable digital solutions.

Champion agile practices to ensure the rapid, iterative delivery of features that solve real-world customer compliance pain points.

Client & Go-to-Market Enablement
Engage directly with enterprise customers to understand workflows, compliance challenges, and success criteria.

Support sales, account management, and customer success teams by articulating product value, use cases, and market differentiation.

Partner with marketing to develop messaging, demos, and external collateral.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

Experience: 5+ years of product management experience covering the full product lifecycle and agile SDLC.


Communication: Strong storyteller with excellent writing and presentation skills, capable of engaging clients and regulators.

Leadership: Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams with a bias toward action and measurable outcomes.


Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate insights into strategic decisions.


Logistics: Willingness to travel up to 20% to meet with clients and internal teams.

Preferred Experience

Regulatory Expertise: Deep familiarity with hazard communication concepts, including SDS authoring, labeling, and chemical inventories.


Domain Knowledge: Prior experience in product stewardship or chemical compliance within a corporate, consulting, or software provider environment.


SaaS Background: Experience managing SaaS platforms in regulated domains such as EHS or GRC.


Global Frameworks: Strong understanding of international regulatory frameworks impacting chemical products and supply chains.
