The role, at a glance:
The Field Service Technician travels to client locations for tuning support and system deployment. They work
closely with both dealers and clients for training and turnover of sound masking systems.


How you’ll contribute:

  • Troubleshoot any problems with the equipment after installation for installer to address

  • Configuring hardware and software components after installation

  • Explain technical systems to end users in local language

  • Create and provide weekly closeout reports to the dealer and end user

  • Understand specifications provided by sound consultant

  • Diagnose and replace failed components


A successful candidate should have:

  • 2+ years of audio tuning experience

  • 1+ year of AVB and Dante experience

  • Proficient in Office Suite and CRM

  • Proficient in Bluebeam and/or AutoCAD

  • Ability to decipher blueprints

  • Experience booking travel plan required, in Concur preferred

  • Must have current passport or ability to obtain passport for foreign travel when needed


Work Environment:

  • 85% travel required: Between end user locations and home office

  • Weekend work on rare occasion

  • Walk/stand for long periods of time
