The role, at a glance:

Biamp is seeking a highly motivated National Account Manager (NAM) to lead the strategic and tactical execution of our partnership with AVI Systems. This individual will be responsible for ensuring that Biamp’s Regional Sales Managers (RSMs) are fully aligned with the national key account strategy, effectively representing Biamp’s portfolio, and driving business growth within AVI Systems’ expanding footprint of 41+ offices nationwide.

How you'll contribute:

Strategic Alignment & Tactical Execution:

  • Serve as the primary liaison between Biamp and AVI Systems, ensuring a cohesive and unified approach across all 41+ offices

  • Implement and maintain a tactical ground game, aligning Biamp’s regional sales teams with AVI Systems’ leadership and initiatives

  • Ensure Biamp Workplace is fully utilized to streamline communication, training, and resource allocation

  • Host monthly cadence calls with both local RSMs and AVI Systems leadership to align strategies and address any concerns

Sales & Relationship Management:

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within AVI Systems, facilitating training sessions, new product presentations, and trade show attendance

  • Present quarterly business reviews (QBRs) to AVI Systems’ leadership, ensuring alignment on performance metrics and growth strategies

  • Oversee and manage the rebate program in place between Biamp and AVI Systems

  • Ensure accurate and timely delivery of quarterly earnings reports to AVI Systems

  • Work closely with Biamp support teams to guarantee efficient handling of service tickets and customer inquiries

Budget & Financial Oversight:

  • Manage an annual budget for program costs and events, ensuring optimal allocation of resources

  • Assist in facilitating discounts and event funding to support business development efforts

Strategic Initiative Development:

  • Schedule and lead monthly cadence calls with AVI Systems’ specialized branches (e.g., Federal, Education, Product Solutions Group) to align Biamp’s strategy with emerging initiatives

  • Support the introduction of new programs and technologies within AVI Systems to ensure Biamp remains a key solution provider

A successful candidate should have:

  • 5+ years of experience in key account management, national sales, or related field within the AV or technology industry

  • Proven ability to manage large national accounts and align regional sales efforts with overarching corporate strategies

  • Strong presentation and communication skills, with experience delivering business reviews to executive leadership

  • Ability to work remotely while traveling extensively to AVI Systems’ U.S. offices

  • Proficiency in CRM tools, business intelligence reporting, and collaboration platforms

  • Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and financial incentives for strategic accounts

  • Experience in coordinating training, trade shows, and business development events

Work environment:

  • This is a remote role based in the United States, must primarily perform job duties within one of the following states: Arizona, Arkansas, California, Colorado, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Kansas, Kentucky, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, Missouri, Nevada, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, Washington, or Wisconsin

  • The anticipated base annual salary for this position is $135,000 annually], subject to factors such as experience, qualifications, and geographic location, in compliance with applicable laws. This role is eligible for Biamp's sales compensation plan.
