Process Overview
The Counterparty Credit Risk technology team is responsible for supporting legacy CCR applications and developing target state applications for Counterparty Credit Risk Analytics.
The Credit Studio / Sparck platform consists of several automated batch processes part of the Bank’s single platform for internal credit analysis, Basel compliant regulatory reporting, and economic capital reporting. The credit batch runs several processes daily. These processes source data, perform exposure calculations at the trade level and aggregate data to the counterparty level. The credit batch has been automated using Autosys, a scheduling tool. The purpose of the application is to calculate Potential Exposure and Basel Exposures using Monte Carlo simulation for Limit Management and Capital calculations.
Job Description
This role will be part of the Global Markets Risk Team (GMRT) responsible for implementing and supporting Continuous Integration and Deployment Pipelines. The candidate should serve as a key leader and expert on DevOps practices.
Responsibilities
Ensure continuous availability of various tools supporting SCM & Release Management including Source Control, Continuous Integration, & Change Management.
Ability to support demanding requirements for UAT, QA and Production CI CD pipeline across 10-12 applications in Counterparty Credit and Market Risk space.
Production Release Implementation plan and Install Support
Support release weekends and overlap with US teams to ensure seamless support to UAT runs which are critical for business sign-off on regulatory projects.
Onboard Risk applications on the Horizon platform which is the Bank’s Dev-Ops platform.
Requirements
Education- BE/BTech from premier institutes
Certifications if any- Certified in relevant Dev-Ops technologies.
Experience Range- 5-7 years
Foundational skills
- Should have hands on and good understanding on DevOps tools and automation framework
- Demonstrated hands-on experience with DevOps techniques building continuous integration solutions using Jenkins, Docker, Git, Maven
- Must have experience in configuration management tool such as Ansible, Chef or Puppet
- Programming experience in Java or Python
- Proficient in one or more scripting languages i.e., Unix Shell, Perl, Python
- Experience with Kubernetes and other container management solutions
- Knowledge and experience with Linux OS
- Experience working in Agile environments
- Ability to handle multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong Automation and problem-solving skills and ability to follow through to completion

- Financial Services Industry experience
- Experience developing Risk-related systems, especially Credit Risk
